Alvin Kamara is facing a $ 10 million lawsuit from the man who previously accused the New Orleans Saints of escaping assault at a Las Vegas casino.
According to the lawsuit, Darnell Green of Harris County, Texas is listed as a plaintiff. The complaint says Greene continued to receive medical treatment and the injuries sustained during the alleged assault will require more surgery.
The lawsuit was filed Friday in the New Orleans District Civil Court, according to ESPN. He claimed that Kamara pushed Greene into a wall and punched him multiple times in the face.

The lawsuit goes on to say that three other people with Kamara stepped on Greene’s chest, legs and face. At one point, Greene passed out and suffered an orbital fracture in one of his eyes, the police report said.
The actor accuses Kamara of bragging about the assault on one of her friends as they were leaving the club.

Las Vegas police said the alleged attack occurred on February 5 at around 6am near an elevator in Drai’s nightclub outside Cromwell Casino.
Police said the incident began when Kamara put a hand on the man’s chest to stop him from entering the elevator. The man then pushed Kamara’s hand away.
A few hours later, Kamara attended the NFL Pro Bowl at Allegiant Stadium. The police interviewed him after the game.
Kamara was later arrested on suspicion of criminal beating resulting in substantial physical harm. Shortly thereafter, he paid bail for his release from Clark County Jail.

Several scheduled court hearings have been postponed. The next hearing is set for November 9th.
Greene hired Houston attorney Tony Buzbee.
Buzbee is the same attorney who represents Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson, who faces multiple allegations of sexual misconduct during massage sessions.
Kamara faces charges of conspiracy for misdemeanors to commit criminal battery and battery resulting in substantial bodily harm.
Greene is seeking compensatory and punitive damages of no less than $ 10 million.
Kamara has played in three of the Saints’ five games this season.
