Alvin Kamara of the Saints faces a lawsuit following February’s assault charge at the Las Vegas casino

Alvin Kamara is facing a $ 10 million lawsuit from the man who previously accused the New Orleans Saints of escaping assault at a Las Vegas casino.

According to the lawsuit, Darnell Green of Harris County, Texas is listed as a plaintiff. The complaint says Greene continued to receive medical treatment and the injuries sustained during the alleged assault will require more surgery.

The lawsuit was filed Friday in the New Orleans District Civil Court, according to ESPN. He claimed that Kamara pushed Greene into a wall and punched him multiple times in the face.

The actor accuses Kamara of bragging about the assault on one of her friends as they were leaving the club.
